Diet chart
I want to start my diet do: eat fruits such as banana and papaya melon orange vegetables and lettuce and tomato cucumber carrot 2 liters water daily take say much orange juice also get plenty of exercise daily, walk about 30 minutes a day before bed and not eat between meals cookies, chocolates, candy, chips, but keep a balance of foods to eat less burgers cake flour tortillas donkeys as quesadillas, hot dogs, cake and start eating something lighter
